Bombay's price and service were both excellent. The DVD player arrived promptly and on schedule. There was a slight glitch with the remote control at first, but I quickly got that resolved. Other than tht one issue, its performance has been flawless.

Found website very user friendly with excellent description of item I wished to purchase. Ordered item and when credit was cleared, good were dispatched immediately through FedEx International Economy. Received goods (door to door delivery) in faultless condition in less than one week. Remarkable service considering it was being sent from Chicago to far away Melbourne. Company even supplied a special "ausplug" for DVD player. Would not hesitate to buy again and/or recommend company to others. Well done Bombay Electronics and FedEx !
