Paid full price for unit advertised as new; instead received unit that was used, with scratches and paint finish missing in many places; returned unit for exchange, then was told that was not possible/refund made=not a good experience.

I called the number listed on the website to ask about what "zone free" meant for a Blu-Ray player. The phone was answered promptly and all of my questions were answered.
