Product was on time got exactly what i asked for and my electronics are working fine in the states

I tried to order something online and it went through fine, my payment went through and I received a verification receipt through email. The next day, I receive an email for a refund for the item that I had ordered, submitted by Bombay Electronics, and in the section where comments could have been added from them explaining why, nothing was written. So yes, my money was refunded, but I was more interested in getting the item, and am upset that they didn't even bother to spend the time to let me know why it was refunded. That's just bad business.

I love that Bombay Electronics listens to me when I tell them what i want to a from a piece of equipment. And they help me pick the right one for my needs. I will always refer a friend.

Bombay Electronics shipped thirteen Panasonic BDT-270PS Blu-ray disc players without checking with me first to ask if the product substitution was acceptable. This is one of the most annoying business practices ever - it promotes an atmosphere of trickery and mistrust. Companies that engage in this practice will not receive repeat business from me.
