Items do not look like they did on the website. The dress is so thin you can see through it completely and the top is much more dull while the image online is bright. I did not expect return window to start before you have even received the items. Reached out for support within 30 days of receipt and explained I’d broken my foot and received zero flexibility by staff. I am two days late to return bc the 30 day window is from the purchase date rather than the date your items ship or when you are in receipt of the items. Dissatisfied to sum it up.

Instead of refusing the return even though it was outside of our return window it looks like the customer service rep did go ahead and offer you store credit which is usually not offered at all over the 30 day return window. I bought the Palma wide fedora. I love this hat. It is shallow at the crown as others stated in their review. Otherwise it is a beautiful wide brim fedora. I love the free shipping via fedex. Packaging was nice. I’m satisfied w my first experience with Bohemian Mama…
