I have only received half my order and have no update on when the rest will ship or why there is a delay

Hi Kelly! We reached out via e-mail as well, but we didn't know that you were having an issues until you wrote this. Your 2nd item ships separately directly from the vendor and we have contacted them for estimated arrival date! :)
Purchased what I thought was a baby girl Maileg mouse with a bouncer for $20 (full price). The picture had both and it was double the price compared to just the bouncer on the Maileg website. Received only the bouncer in the mail. Reached out via their customer service email and was met with instant attitude. To quote “The bouncer was styled in an image to show what mouse can fit it but the description clearly stated it was for bouncer only and gave the size details. This was final sale for Black Friday promotion.” It was not a Black Friday promotion for one. And secondly I was only asking to return, no problem. So I responded the picture was misleading and the price was different than the manufacturers website. I was met with more attitude in this response “we sell these all the time. Never had this issue and it’s priced exactly the same as other retailers since the brand regulated the retail price. Sorry for confusion but it’s clearly as described in the item details. It would never come with a mouse as none of their house access products do. You can go ahead and process a return online under help and info if you’d like to return it.” Happy they were able to accommodate a normal return, eye roll, but not without putting down the customer first. To be fair, I am new to the Maileg world and was asking for a simple return. Poor poor customer service. Keep my money but man you will no longer have my business just based on those responses. I hope you choose a different retailer - good luck.

Rude and unhelpful customer service, package never arrived. Edit: Thank you so much for following up and thoughtfully handling the situation, a far cry from my experience with another agent. For some context, I did opt out because I felt the way that the insurance was automatically opted-into felt predatory. I admit that the coincidence of opting out AND that package never arriving did feel a bit like karmic justice. The package was simply a gift for my fiancée who had always wanted these specific baskets and now that we finally have a home of our own it finally felt like a symbol of settling down (which made is particularly saddening when it never arrived). Fedex is currently following up with the Police and hopefully will be able to locate it in the end. Thanks again for your help.

Hey Alex-Looks like you asked us to remove the route shipping insurance on 11/25. At the time we had stated that we can remove it and refund it for you, but that unfortunately since we aren't able to control carriers, that you won't be protected in the case that your package goes missing or is damaged in shipment and that you would have to file a claim directly with the carrier in that case. You confirmed confirmation and understanding at that time. When we received the e-mail about being unable to locate your package yesterday we forwarded said e-mail and stated that you can file a claim directly through FedEx. We are unsure how this makes us rude, but are here for questions if you have any or need help figuring out how to file a claim with FedEx. Let us know if you do have any questions!
The timeliness of the package was great. However the doll we received has 2 dark spots on its face. Looks like a factory defect. I wasn’t too happy about this because we paid quite a bit for the doll for my daughters 2nd Birthday. Rating would have been significantly higher had the defects not been on the dolls face.

Hi Brittany! It looks like your order was delivered back on September 1st and this is the first time we are hearing about any defective merchandise. We stand behind our products and could have easily replaced any items that were defective upon arrival if you would have reached out to us upon delivery. Poor inventory, overpriced for quality of product

Hi- We are sorry you feel our inventory is overpriced or that we have poor inventory. The brand sets the prices of the 2 items that you ordered and the demand for the brands you ordered is very high and items often sell our quickly which is usually why people really like both brands since it makes the products more exclusive. I ordered a babydoll and it arrived with no clothes! I did not read anywhere that clothes were separate!

Hello! So sorry for the misunderstanding. All dolls are listed as coming with no clothes in the product description in the first line of the listing. It also states clothes are sold separately again on the doll homepage. I hope you found an outfit you like!

Looks like this item ships directly from the vendor and we can't always control their ship times, but you can always reach us via e-mail if you needed us to check on the status and reach out to the vendor . Hope you loved your item.
