Delivery person delivered it to the wrong door. She was able to reship it. She was very friendly and gave me the solution to the problem.

He reached out to get the address corrected and even updated my information for me. Was super friendly and relatable. But because of the fast shipping, I had to call again about my product, and again, without any discussion, he was able to ship me the product free of cost. The most unproblematic helpful representative.
