placed an order on the 29th December but expecting a bit of a delay due to the holidays. I've emailed them three times now. It took around 3-days to reply. Acceptable I suppose. What's not acceptable is that at then end of Jan they've told me I'll have to wait 45-days for my 'lost' order to be located and I shouldn't contact them (the support team) before the 3rd of March. Absolute rubbish service. I've read all the reviews below mine. Shame I didn't see those before I ordered due to the discount offered. I will not be ordering from them again.

Used to be really good. I made an order supposed to be here long ago. It is not moving. Live chat is a big lie, there is no one looking at, there is no number to call and they dont respond to mails. they became a scam unfortunately. i ll file a case at customer protection branch.

I made an order 2 weeks ago and NOTHING! BB.COM is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I ordered on January the 4th . One label created by UPS and after 2 days the label was cancelled and the "product" was returned to seller. A new label was created by UPS and again the product was returned to seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They charge us, products are not available and then impossible to contact them.
