Paid $99 for a year subscription. I only used it for 2 weeks. I tried to send a couple of emails and use live chat to explain my complaints while using their service several times and received NO response. I tried to contact the coach for some help and NO RESPONSE. Life circumstances has brought me down into deep hole for nearly a year and finally gathered myself out of the hole to make a call. I was able to call to cancel and request refund. They denied refund because it is over 30 days. It doesn't matter to them--$99 for unused product. What an absolute theft. What a cheating company.

I signed up for your 14 day free trial back in Nov 2021 and then cancelled the membership soon after realising that I was sick and wouldn't be able to do it. then I checked my account and there were no active subscriptions Since then (over a year now) I have heard nothing from you beach body so assumed that this had all been cancelled.... Until a week ago when I checked an old bank account and saw that they have been taking payments from my bank account every 3 months since 9 Dec 2021! I have had nothing to notify me of this, no emails, no receipts, absolutely no word from beach body since I cancelled and when I logged in to see what was going on there was nothing under subscriptions either. So far Ive been charged £323.52 which has been taken from my bank for a service that I definitely cancelled, I haven't used and I have not been on any email list for since I signed up and cancelled 14 months ago. (oh and the price went up from £59.84 to £72 mid way though the year - again no warning or email or notification of the jump in price which would have alerted me and which would have been good customer service if I had have been aware of this) I have used beach body in the past a few years ago but this experience has not been good. I contacted customer service and was told that its outside of the 30 day money back guarantee so they can't refund me but they won't charge me any more from now on. I have not even logged in since I cancelled over a year ago! I do not recommend using this company - I feel tricked. Sign up for 14 day free trial and if you cancel, we will secretly charge you anyway because you wont be checking your account online as you have cancelled and we wont send you any emails at all with receipts or notifications to say that we are putting the price up by 22% Not a great company - sorry - Ive lost confidence in you and the way you operate.

DON'T DO IT. Honestly worst customer service you will ever experience in your life! I tried to set up an account last year I paid for it but I didn't get to set a password up for it I've tried and tried and tried to get a password reset but unfortunately beachbody on demand are yet another company that will happily take your money but have no intention of communicating with you. They took my money again this year and I have sent an email to the beachbody team in the hope that I can get that money back and cancel my account with them fingers crossed it works. But honestly do not waste your time with this company.

Still got charged for months for a “service” they call “interactive” which somehow was also part of the free trial and somehow didn’t get cancelled when I cancelled my membership They took $120 for six months of NO service and point blank refused to do anything other than refund one months fees. Beware that if you choose this company getting a divorce from all of their products is not simple and deliberately obscure UPDATE Since writing the review we did indeed receive a refund as set out below but our opinion of the company and its practices remains unchanged

Keep charging my mum £111 each month for powder despite her not subscribing to this, complained once and they are still charging her. Scam

Terrible customer service! They say they will remind you before an auto-renewal, which they don't and when noticing on my bank statement, they would not reverse. And they could tell I haven't accessed the site in over 6 months. The customer support people were very rude and had no desire to be helpful. Do not subscribe with them.

I signed up to the 6 month beach body membership for £86, under their 30 day money back guarantee. After signing up, I logged into my account on my amazon fire stick to start using their home workouts. I found that quite a number of the videos didn't want to play and an error message kept loading saying that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible. I tried again the last day and the same thing happened. I then ran a few different things to try and get it to work, such as turning my amazon fire stick on and off, the WiFi on and off, I even Googled it to see if it was a common issue and if there were any forums to follow. I also contacted their contact us department and had no response, and still to this day (2 weeks on, had no response) I came to the conclusion that I should cancel my subscription under the 30 day money back guarantee and hope to receive a refund in 3-5 working days, as it states on their website. So I've followed this and 8 working days on, I have received no refund so I'm very worried that my money has been taken and I'm unable to get it back or to do the home workouts. Please could I get my money back!

This company have taken an unauthorised payment from my account to the sum of £115, I had previously cancelled a subscription, but they have kept my card details on record and taken this payment. Their customer service is nonexistent, the website just lets you go round in circles. I have emailed numerous times with no reply. Very upset by the whole experience and will not be using them again. I need to get my money back, but they make it impossible.
