Don't like the artificial sweetener aftertaste. Tried it out because I though I could do a free return (very common for protein powder brands). However, this is not the case. If I was to return it would be a 20% return free plus I would have to pay for shipping. Might just exchange for another flavor since I would only have to pay shipping. But honestly seems more trouble than it worth. I understand how free returns can eat up a smalls business profit but if industry standards is free returns, you'll lose more customers than profits by being cheap. For reference I've done free returns with Keto Chow and I've never had to return anything from Transform HQ but they do offer free returns minus shipping.

Really strong artificial sweetener aftertaste. I like diet soda and use Splenda, but this taste is really awful. I had high hopes, but unfortunately this was a waste of money. They wouldn't let me cancel my next order since I signed up with a subscription plan, and they wouldn't even let me switch flavors.

My fave protein by far. I love bubble tea, so this was perfect for me. I was iffy about ordering, but they had a sample kit. After testing the sample kit, I fell in love with the Taro, milk tea and dragonfruit pomegranate flavours. I 10/10 recommend!

Worst tasting protein powder. Taste like instant potato mix and sugar.

4/5 stars for the customer service. The taro flavor tasted like vanilla. I believe this brand has more potential!

Prices as fair and products were good

Good tasting protein. Much different than the rest that are on the market

Tasted better than expected! Happy to reorder again soon and great communication from the owner.
