Purchased for a friend so I can’t review the product, but store itself is great and I would recommend it to my friends. Shipped on time. No problem.

I am happy to hear your order shipped quickly. Thank you for sharing your nice review, Jack.
USPS lost my package and after a week late I called you and you sent me another overnight. 6 days later I received the first order. I called back and you gave me a shipping label to return the original order. Nothing your fault but you handled the situation as well as possible.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience, Ed.
This place seems to be a broker house. Saying part in stock means 25 days or longer. I would not recommend this company to anybody. After reviewing company reply I can 100% say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues. This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status. Again I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Thank you for your review of Boats.net, we're sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. Due to the supply chain crisis across the country, some parts have experienced unexpected delays and we hope you give us another chance.
The prices and delivery time are very good. Part that comes is the correct one. Company follows through. Technical difficulties are passed off to the manufacturer with phone number and or web site. So yes, this is a good responsible company that knows its mission and works with the customer.
