Item fits perfectly. One day late on shipping. Could be weather related

The only disappointment was that I never received an email confirming my order or any shipping updates.

I got what I ordered when you said I would at a moderate price. But I'd rather talk to a real person to order things to insure i get the right product.

Was nice to find the brackets I needed, but the picture on the ad was misleading. It shows two brackets, so I ordered two units I thought would give me four. Two showed up. When I called the guy said,"yea, the picture is misleading". I ordered two more, he was nice enough to wave the shipping charge.

Although the part prices are in line the amount of time to receive them is poor. Waiting for the parts to arrive takes to much time. Being a professional marine technician getting a job done quickly and efficiently is paramount!
