Hey William I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. I do want to note that BNB Formula is a pathway on how to start and run a remote airbnb business, we are not Airbnb. As to your comment of the program not being allowed in Key Largo that would just be airbnb but we have many clients that have airbnbs in Florida in surrounding areas that are thriving. I recommend going through the course and show up to some coaching calls to get the value you are looking for and if you do want to stop the program we can help you with that as well. You can check your contract and there is a process you can go through on there. Best of luck and reach out to us if you need any help.

Hey Mariem I appreciate your response, I know we partner with prime business to go over all LLC and business credit. Not sure if you had a chance to reach out to them but you can reach out to support and we can put you in touch with them to go over more options now that you have a greater understanding of what you need.

Hey Evan we do have a refund process but it does require you to do the bare minimum for your business to be successful. If you want to inquire more you can reach out to customer success and also look at the guidelines for a refund in your contract. As to regarding you being a good fit we can only offer you an opportunity to start your airbnb business but you have to see it through as it is not a done for you but more of a formula for success.

Hey Kevin thanks for your response. I understand that you don't understand our refund policy as it is in place to make sure that you do the absolute bare minimum to be success here with the BNB formula. If you don't want to do the bare minimum then it will be hard to be successful. If you would like for us to reach out and walk you through that process we can.
