Ai 4 EiReviews of ai4ei.com

As a business coach entering my 18th year, no outside source or influence has had a more profound or greater positive impact on my coaching practice, than Ai 4 Ei. I can’t wait to see what this will mean for my clients. Personally, and professionally, I am also excited about what this platform will mean for my own growth. On top of the platform, I have also benefitted from the added value that has come from the amazing training and coaching that Nabil Bouassaba has provided. I can’t say enough about this platform, and its creator, Nabil. I only hope my competitors remain unaware of this technology for enough time for me to get and remain so far out in front of them, it will take them years for them to catch up.

Really cool bit of coaching software. I can host all my coaching content, videos, trainings, etc. But loads of platforms can do that. What Ai 4 Ei does is analyse all my client feedback, completed tasks, audio calls for leadership and emotional intelligence skills. This means my clients KNOW they're progressing. The ROI on this sells itself.

I have used the EIQ-2, primarily the EIQ-2 360o in a variety of situations over the last two-plus years. The clients have varied from the leadership team of a religious organization to an individual professional facing a forced job change. In each case, because of the information I had from in-depth client interviews, and often from superiors or board members, plus other assessment information, I had solid evidence that fueled expectations for the EIQ-2 results. Among the clients I’ve assessed with the EIQ-2 360o, I’ve had individuals in leadership positions with a solid record of good performance, individuals with average performance, and individuals identified as seriously struggling with performance, primarily interpersonal issues. In every single case, the EIQ-2 360o results resulted in a profile that very accurately provided detailed results from the four aspects of emotional intelligence. The detailed report has enabled me to target coaching based on the sub-categories, including the ability to discuss specific behavioral incidents. The “worksheets” provide the opportunity to challenge the client to do additional self-reflection and application. I do wish that the 360o version allowed for ability to break out results for separate audiences. With one of my current clients I have results from the leadership team’s colleagues, plus from members of their Executive Board, plus staff colleagues. Tracking this has been cumbersome to attempt – but very valuable data. In addition to the EIQ assessment, I have personally completed the Critical Thinking and Learning Styles assessments and would like to give them an appropriate application.

I wish I came across this platform earlier. It's so good and easy to use.

This is a very good platform for coaches. There are several resources available for personal development. Kudos!

This platform is highly recommended for anyone who is passionate about being a coach with a difference and learning Emotional Intelligence. The AI tools are extremely commendable and great for high professionalism and effective delivery.

The Ai for Emotional intelligence programme is simple and very clear for the coaching exercise, I found it easy to use and deal with during the coaching journey with my coach. it is protected well as you can not open it with confirmation and that is good, the posting of the exercises, the videos and the other related materials are easy to open, play and download, that is all to say about the programme as i found it beneficial and I experience a lot when dealing with it in my learning exercise period. i became familiar with it and found no difficulties in dealing with it.

I have been using the EI course and the coaching software to accelerate my clients' performance in leadership skills and Emotional Intelligence
