Bluesteps is a scam company dressed up as legitimate. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING. They will take your payment and then start charging you $99 after six months, suspending your subscription everytime. I paid for one year, got six months and then they locked in out of my account because I blocked their attempts to charge me $99 every week for a month. They do not reply to complain emails. I will refer them to the ombudsman to see if they can do anything about these day light robbers.

I didn't find their service to provide any extra benefit in being connected with executive recruiters. They are almost impossible to get a hold of and once you subscribe you will be annually billed until you call your credit card company and dispute the charge and block them from billing you any further....

Paid for lifetime service $299 couple years ago. Now they said my subscription expired and asked to update update my credit card on file to login again. when I did that, I saw that they have charged $99 on my card without any explanation. I'm contacted CC company to stop this fraud payment. Their services are totally useless. All their free recorded videos and seminars are some form of advertising for other placement and resume writing companies.

I've tried reaching their support by email and phone for more than a month and still no response. I paid for a full subscription (which is not cheap by the way) and yet, they don't call or reply back to my emails to answer a simple question: My email address has changed and I want to move my account to a new email address. But, no response. Very frustrating. Should i complain to BBB, CFPB, other? Evidently, I'm not alone as other reviewers have similar issue.

I purchased Lifetime BlueSteps Membership with Career-long Premium Services. After just a couple of years, BlueSteps now says the subscription does not exist and I have to pay again. Months have gone by and they just keep stalling by talking about ongoing reviews, and don't re-activate the account. Where can I file a complaint - are they scamming people?

SCAM attempting to send credit card transactions through to resurrect cancelled accounts
