Attending the BlueSteps networking event. The interview Lab was really eye-opening for me. I only wish it could have been longer! But he chance to meet peers from around the globe was truly invaluable. Like me, many of us had come from backgrounds where we have seldom had to interview, so the insights from Simeon Wong and other attendees were enlightening. The webinars by BlueSteps are not to be missed! I have been so impressed by the quality of search consultants who have led the sessions I have attended so far. As far as i am concerned, connecting with search consultants from these events is a huge advantage, and so far they have been kind enough to add me back to their networks.
