Ten years ago, BlueStars started with a simple idea: helping people keep their appliances running without the stress, guesswork, or endless trips to multiple stores. What began as a small team passionate about quality parts has grown into a trusted brand, serving over 2.1 million customers across the United States and selling more than 5 million parts. Every order, every repair, every smile along the way has shaped who we are today.

I ordered replacement wheels for the lower rack of our 2006 GE Profile Dishwasher. They were easy to put on and fit perfectly!! The rack rolls like it's brand new!!

I ordered a evaporate fan from Blue Star Parts for my refrigerator. At checkout I opted to pay $15 for 2 days Shipping on a $25 or $30 part as I needed the part quickly. After 2 days the part had not arrived so I then contacted customer support. I was told that "2 day shipping" meant that they would process the order and ship it out in 2 days not that I would receive it in 2 days. I don't know about you but that pretty much sounds like regular shipping to me. I'm just very disappointed that there just another company playing word games to take advantage of their customers In the hopes of generating more revenue for themselves. Bobby Haynes

Hi Bobby, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand there was some confusion regarding the shipping timeframe. To clarify, the estimated delivery consists of two parts: order processing and shipping transit. The transit estimate shown at checkout for the expedited shipping option is provided by the shipping carrier, and the expedited shipping fee reflects the carrier's service charge. This information is also available in our Shipping Policy so customers can review it before placing an order. Our orders are processed within our standard business-day processing time before being handed to the shipping carrier. Once shipped, the selected shipping method determines the transit time. Our expedited shipping option typically delivers within 2–3 business days after shipment, while standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. These estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are calculated in business days, which generally exclude weekends and holidays. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make this information even clearer throughout the ordering process. If you'd like us to review your specific order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll be happy to look into it. Best, BlueStars Parts
I’m so thankful that companies like blue star still stands on their principles. Recently, I purchased a part that ended up not working out. The part was covered under a warranty. After verifying the issue, a replacement part was mailed to me. It would’ve been easy and probably typical of another company just to ignore my dilemma. Blue star values the customer and wants to uphold a good name.
