I have ordered twice now, and both times I've gotten my products quickly and in good condition. I plan to try the hand soap next time I'm running low.

I absolutely love the Blueland products, but shipping is among the worst out every online company I have dealt with. The website claims they ship within 2-3 days from receiving orders, but every single time it has been well over a week until my order ships. I really hope the company can improve in that department. UPDATE: 14 days from date products were ordered, until they got shipped!

We do ship all orders within 2-3 business days from receiving the order but on the rare occasion we do have delays, for various reasons. Great products, keep coming back. The pumps for the hand wash jar seem not last, will try to get a replacement from Blueland.

One of my recent orders included a hand soap packet that was empty. The company shipped out one to replace it. Great customer service!

I placed this order a week ago and it still is unfulfilled. I understand that it may not have been delivered to me yet, but now with the holiday weekend and assuming it actually is shipped the next available date, Tuesday, it will most likely be two weeks or more after I ordered that it actually arrives. I love this company because it allows me to minimize my footprint but I guess I need to look for another company that can do that in a timely manner.
