Blue Box PackagingReviews of blueboxpackaging.com

Mike Miller was my sales rep, and he was amazing. He responded to all my questions and gave me helpful advice to make the best product boxes for my client. They also have an in-house design team that was able to reproduce the design we had created for the boxes. If you need custom boxes for your products, go with Blue Box!

I have been a loyal customer of Blue Box Packaging for the past 3 years, and I have always received top-notch quality products with prompt deliveries. Although I seldom write online reviews, this time, I couldn't resist sharing my exceptional experience. Recently, we faced a challenge with our cardboard tote bag vendor being late for shipment, and it left us in a difficult situation without the design file. I decided to reach out to Blue Box Packaging to see if they could assist. Not only did their design team step up to help us create the tote bag design, but they also offered a more affordable price compared to our previous vendor. To top it off, they even managed to deliver the tote bags along with our regular box shipment, saving my business from potential delays and inconvenience. I am beyond grateful for Blue Box Packaging's outstanding service, going above and beyond to support their customers. Thank you for being a reliable partner throughout the years!

Chris Beck was prompt, polite, responsive, and thorough in his responses to questions. He even picked up the phone to call us to clarify a few things. The end product was exactly what we wanted. Quality and color were on point.

The site was easy to navigate to place my order but there are 2 other parts even better. First, the product looked fantastic and just as important in this case, it arrived 3 days before committed. It was a timely project that had to make it - Blue Box delivered. Client has already reordered from a delivery just a few days ago. Thank you to your team!

My first project with Blue Box Packaging was somewhat complicated but they tried their best to rectify the situation, so I very much appreciated their efforts and customer service. I recently ordered custom boxes and I am very happy with the quality and quick turnaround time. The order went very smoothly with no issues.

I placed my first order of boxes with Blue Box last in Feb. I was not sure if it was the right thing to do since I was already ordering my boxes from china. But to my surprise, I received far better quality and finish than I was expecting. Will be coming back for more boxes soon.

Blue Box Packaging has been very forthcoming with regards to arranging new materials that were necessary for bringing my packaging vision to life. I will be highly recommending this custom packaging company to my peers and will be coming back with a new project myself very soon.

Had great experience working with Blue Box Packaging. Awesome customer service, patient and thorough to make sure all of our needs were met. Quality is fantastic! Will order again!
