Ordered blind in white and it still works, looks amazing in the room. Easy to move either Up or Down, worth it!

I recieved my orginal order and reached out and spoke to someone because one of my blinds is a little too short. He told me that a return and replacement would not be a problem and someone would reach back "next Week' regarding the proocess. I never heard back from any one so I sent a follow up email and still never heard. So I called again when I had off over the weekend and someone answered but wasnt able to help me. I cannot make or take calls at work. They should be staffed to handle problems on a weekend

Blinds are great. Good quality. They are custom made, so it takes a few weeks to receive them, but worth the wait.

Measurement were accurate and easy to install.

Blinds fit correctly. Only issue is with safety feature to prevent choking is a pain for daily operation.
