Blinds were perfect size. Took a little longer than expected to ship.

My blinds arrived on time and fit perfectly! They look beautiful and elegant, and are so much nicer than slatted blinds!

Blinds were exactly as expected and came in on time. One valence was too long for window opening but that was the only problem. Color and quality were both spot on.

I ordered 4 custom miniblinds with valances. The company website said 2-slat valances were standard with blinds. When received, no valances were included, and some instalation hardware was missing. Customer service denied valances were included, but when shown a screen capture of its site taken the day of my order, they admitted valances were in fact included. They said they told the factory to send the missing hardware and valances in one order. Only the hardware arrived. Customer service then said they directed the factory to send the valances. I got a bulk role of slats in the wrong color and size, no hardware at all. Customer service then said the valances had been discontinued and they wouldn't send any. Unfortunately, their website that day, and the next week, still showed the valances as standard with the blinds. To get a refund, company said I had to either destroy the blinds or send them back, despite their unconditional guarantee that if I was dissatisfied for any reason, I could exchange them, i.e., get new ones, and donate the old ones to charity. Company offered insulting $20 refund on over $300 purchase to compensate for the "inconvenience" of them not fulfilling the contract and lying about the valances being standard or discontinued. Absolutely deplorable, dishonest, vindictive company and people.
