Dear Video Kids, Thanks for reaching out to us at Blackview USA. We are sorry to hear about your Blackview device. But please note that we are an Authorized Agent for Blackview in the United States. We are NOT associated with other agents/distributors. We do expedited shipping and we ship from the United States. We do not have a record of your name in our system so we are very certain you did not buy your device from our store. Our email is [email protected] and we never received an email from you. You likely bought one from the Hong Kong website which we are not associated with. As much as it is unfair that we are getting negative reviews from customers that did not buy their devices from our store, we still would like to apologize and try to resolve your issue to the best of our abilities. It would greatly help both of us if you give us a link to the seller here so we can flag them and warn other people against buying from them. Sincerely, Blackview USA P.S. Let this be a warning to others who are considering buying Blackview devices, PLEASE PLEASE choose a reputable seller. We have also written about what to look out for when buying a Blackview device, here: https://us.blackview.store/blog/buying-blackview-smartphones-from-amazon-or-ebay-or-from-hongkong-china https://us.blackview.store/blog/bestplace-buy-blackview-ruggedsmartphone-unitedstates
