This company is a nightmare! Non existent customer service. I had questions relating to my home sleep test and I could not get it answered in time to do the test without getting charged a late fee. I WILL NEVER use this company again. I will advise. I will tell my Physician of how poor they are and also let others know my experience. STAY AWAY

I am sitting on hold right now. It has been 13 minutes so far with no connection. I am in the middle of a sleep test and I am having technical problems. There is no way to get technical support with these people. They say to press a number on your phone if you are experiencing difficulties with your test but then do not give you a way to speak to an individual. I went through 2 days of the sleep test and before I could submit the test my phone battery died. When it charged back up the sleep test was gone. The site does not allow you to see what your phone recorded. It goes right to start the test. There is only 15% battery life left in the ring. I don’t know if that’s enough for a 3 rd night. I just left a nasty message on their voicemail. Let’s see if they get back to me.

What is wrong with this company? They use these little oxymetry rings to perform sleep studies. Not only do I have serious doubts about the validity of the "study" but they never billed me for my co-pay. Instead of sending a bill they telephoned me to get payment information. I requested they at least email an invoice, which they did, and which I paid them electronically 2 days ago yet they keep bombarding me with emails demanding payment. What a horrible way to do business!

Terrible customer service. Bait and switch, they charged me $75 and sent me the device I told them would not work. After many times trying to reach a human at Blackstone, I finally reached Santiago again and told him I want a refund he advised me to borrow a neighbor's phone or buy one from Walgreen's to use and then return it after the sleep study was complete. Heading to BBB to file a complaint...

Una porquería de empresa solo buscan generar dinero y les importa un mínimo la vida de la gente como es posible que todo el grupo trabajando y pasa un terremoto el edificio de agrieta y los hagan quedarse ahí cuando media Colombia está cayendo y tienen el descaro de amenazar a los empleados con echarlos y multarlos son personas muy malas gringos tenian que ser saludos del edificio de al lado basuras
