Blacks and Lizars Gordon Street
Blacks and Lizars Gordon Street, Glasgow. Had an emergency repair with my glasses and the ladies in store sorted and fixed them with no hassle at all. Excellent service from two lovely ladies.

Trotters Edinburgh 1st Class
I contacted Trotters Edinburgh, who are part of Black and Lizars Group, to ask for my optical info prior to eye surgery in 2003! Yes, 15 years ago! They went out of their way to find a paper record and get me the info I need for my current surgeon. Couldn't have asked for a better service - very courteous and helpful. Responded within minutes. Thank you Neil. Greatly appreciated.
