Just signed up the other day and it couldn't of went smoother. The people were very friendly to talk to and explained everything to me very easily. Just texted Joelle on the app with some questions I thought of after I set up my account and she responded quickly and was able to answer my question. Seems like a good company.

Joelle was helpful with the information she had. But terrible info was sent out to customers Oct 29 regarding limit trading on Browser or the App. I cannot trade on App, however! Why?

We prioritized releasing the feature as soon as possible on web app first, and mobile app support will be available very soon. You'll be glad to hear that you were one of the first clients we whitelisted for this new feature and we made sure to correct the email announcement to include the limited app support in the general release.
