I ordered ties this Monday and was guaranteed they arrive way before the expected date. Cannot express my deep gratitude for making this happen

We were in a bind. Needed the dress immediately and Birdy Grey came through with an expedited shipping and beautiful dress in the perfect color

First package got lost. When I reported the issue, a replacement was sent at no hassle to me thanks to Jen from the customer service team.

My size was not available at the time but customer service was able to navigate me through this with my tight deadlines. Everything was received in a timely manner and looks great.

The first dress that I ordered never arrived and then when I reached out the size I had was not available and I had to receive another dress that may not fit.

When I had to send my fiancés suit back the process was super simple and easy, responses to my questions and concerns were quick and helpful. I knew right away when the suit I wanted was back in stock. The suit looks great on him and he feels super comfortable in it. We couldn’t be happier!

I will forever rave about Birdy Gray’s customer service. I had an issue with the alterations for my bridesmaid gown and they came in clutch and were able to send me a backup gown. It got to me in 4 days and it was such a relief to have that as a back up, in case my dress couldn’t be fixed. Thank you !!!
