email responses 24 hours. I cannot get the camera to work in yard it goes off line. The Antenna came a part in the box and I was asking if this is normal. I sent pictures and their response is not what I'm asking about. Can you get a new Antenna?

Update: After receiving a couple different responses from the company via “netvue” which included “package is on the way and will be delivered via USPS,” to “package has arrived in the US, but can’t be delivered due to logistical issues”, I was offered a $20 gift card, or a full refund. Really? I waited over a month and this is what I’m told? When I said “no” to both and said I want what I ordered, I received a notification saying a new one was ordered and also received a notification from UPS saying the new order would be delivered in 6 days. Well, it was received in 6 days. Thanks, I guess, for getting me what I ordered… but the lies about my first order will not change my negative review. I still will not order from this company again. Original post: Ordered on 12/3 with stated delivery before Christmas. Received an email on 12/9 stating that my order shipped. When I tried to track it, it would only say “no, or partial shipping info available,” but there was nothing. I’ve been emailing and messaging them for two weeks. I’ve only received one automated response saying that “Netvue” has received my email and “it’s in good hands.” If it was in “good hands,” someone would respond. Beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. China scam.

Edit: I’ve changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. After about 4 weeks my parents were able to be assisted by customer service and their unit is up and running. Sent Birdfy to my parents for christmas. They have spent hours trying to get it connected and spent much time on the phone with customer service who is unable to help them. They said to find a more tech savvy person to help them. This device requires you to possibly call you IP to have them drop your 5G band in for a period of time to connect. It might not be enough to simply switch to your 2.4 band. BTW- you can't connect on a 5G band in any case. This has been the most frustrating gift I have ever sent anyone. I do not recommend birdfy at all. It shouldn't be this hard. Just google and you will see all of the issues with set up.

This company sucks, I ordered back in December first for Christmas. I reached out at least a half dozen times because the package suddenly “vanished” from being able to track. After reaching out numerous times to chat, and e-mail I just kept getting told “not to worry, someone will contact you within 24 hours” well it’s now a month later and not once did someone reach out to me. Then the sales rep removed himself from the chat when I was asking more serious questions.

Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas. Order was accepted with Christmas discount. I realized a few days before that it hadn't shipped yet. When I reached out, they explained to me that it was out of stock for my region. There was no such indication on the website and I was never warned. Clearly they are misleading customers on the ability to ship on time in order not to lose sales. That says a lot about the mindset of the company. To this day, I still haven't received anything. The last I heard they were going to be able to get it to me in late January at best. But I haven't heard back from them in a week.

Generally happy with the Birdfy 'Bamboo' feeder and camera.Except the fitting and setting up instructions and the 'Chat' facility with tech advisors gives mis leading and wrong advice. There is an alarm that sounds from the camera if motion is detected, this apparently can be turned off, but the tech advice was wrong from the start.Very confusing and very frustrating.

Ordered a birdfy product from the website on the 9th of December, 2 1/2 weeks later there was still no confirmation of the order being processed, I emailed them and got no reply, I then emailed to tell them to cancel the order as it clearly wasn't processed and they emailed me to confirm the refund, no sorry for or anything just a generic email . Typical of companies nowadays. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Ordered on December 4th still have not received the product - contacted them and was told it would arrive by December 26th - still nothing - would not advise ordering from this company
