Discount Code not acceped
I participated in the Hummingbird Zoom that was conducted about 2 months ago. All who participated until the end of the Zoom were offered a 15% discount using the Code-Hummingbird. There was no use by date mentioned to use the code. When I attempted to add the code it was unacceptable. I am disappointed.

Birdfy support team A plus
After more than 2 years of enjoying our Birdfy feeder we developed a problem. I first tried to resolve myself with prompts from Birdfy. Then messaged with the help line. As the Birdfy team tried to diagnose the situation they kept me informed. The outcome was my camera had failed. But offered 50% off on purchase. Very happpy with solution.
