I have been buying bird feeder and nest products from Birdfy for almost three years now. The experience has been fantastic. The customer support has been top notch, as they have gone out of their way to address any questions I have had. They even replace a product when it was not operating properly without any hassle. The products have been fantastic and have opened up a new world to me. I appreciate that they continually improve their products and introduce new innovations and capabilities. They are very motivated to listen and learn from their customers and support online forums for their customers to interact with them and other customers. All around great experience with Birdfy!

It's wonderful in today's age of technology that Birdfy actually has a real live person answering the company's support and helpline there!!! Ivy, was incredibly helpful, and was able to guide me through their website to assist me with all the options that were available, and which would ultimately be best to suit my needs!!! Didn't let me set shipping address. Automatically set my billing as shipping address. They are also liars. I emailed to update my address within 12 hours of this response and 24 hours of my order. They claim they cannot update the address anymore. Edit#2 Now they proceeded to cancel my order without saying anything to me. Do not buy from them!!

Operator I spoke to was very informative and really helped me decide. I’ve been going back-and-forth for two weeks to find the right one and she helped me single it out. She was wonderful.

I love their products and the little things they do to make them better! Not only do they give you mounting options, they provide ALL the hardware you'll need to do it! Very easy set-up. Very easy to use. Love the AI showing all the birds and educating you on the ones who visit your feeder. Just got my 2nd feeder and the only drawback is that it's very addictive! Once you start birding you'll find yourself spending hours watching. The company seems to update the quality and features of their products all the time too! Nothing but good things for us!
