I’m so grateful for and I love my feeder! I was nervous about the set up but The set up was easy because of clear instructions and the help that is available if you have any questions . The feeder is sturdy , it’s beautiful and is made well plus it holds a great amount of seeds. I’m so very happy with this feeder !! it brings so much joy to me … everyday !!

I ordered this Birdfy bird feeder camera as a Christmas gift, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The product was shipped in its original retail packaging with no outer box or discreet packaging, meaning the item name and photos were fully visible when it arrived. Since it was delivered to the recipient’s home, the gift surprise was completely ruined. What makes this worse is that I ordered two of the exact same item, and one arrived properly packaged in an Amazon box while the other did not. This inconsistency shows that discreet packaging is possible, but not reliably used. There was no warning at checkout that the product might ship without an outer box. Had I known, I would have made different arrangements. For a product commonly purchased as a gift—especially around the holidays—this is a major oversight.

I suspect many potential customers of this product are, like me, mature in years. Set up of electronic devices must be simple and intuitive and the associated app needs to be gold star. Neither is the case in relation to the Birdfy feeder my daughter so kindly bought me. First it doesn’t work with certain modern routers, second simply scanning the QR code which for some reason is in a highly inaccessplace, then if you accidentally mistype your WiFi password there seems to be no way of reviewing what you typed - the whole procedure is clumsy. I’m going to try and send it back

Package is a gift. Arrived in original box with a shipping label slapped over what to read. No shipping box..so two corners are dented & ripped. We'll see what shaoevthe $180 item is in on Christmas. No shipping label or receipt in/on box if needed. Disappointing start to what we thought is a great gift idea !!!!

Birdfy website promised delivery by Christmas. 4 days later still has not shipped. Customer service says it's due to shipping delays....even though it has not even shipped yet. Now I have to wait another 48 hours to get a reply from some other department. How about just tell the truth instead of making up some B.S. answer. Make it right, instead of making excuses. I sure hope the product quality is better than the customer service quality.
