The product I purchased didn’t work out for me, I asked to return it. The company then charged me a website discount, restocking fee and shipping. So I basically lost about $12 because the product didn’t work for me.

Slow delivery and mounting base and screws are from different planets

It may have helped a little bit right away, but after a couple of days, the birds were eating the grass again. Maybe a heavier dose would be more effective? We went with the lowest 12 oz/acre as a trial. There are other spots we could have used it if this trial went well.

The prongs rusted and fell out.

Maybe worked for us for a week or 2, but the birds got used to the sounds very quickly. We tried different noise calls and volume levels, but it didn't help. The noise became as much of a nuisance as the bird crap.

Item functions but, does not deter pigeons at all.

Clips don't work very well

I wanted to order over phone, was told cheaper if I go online, so had to order online which I do NOT like to do. One unit came with rattle inside, that should not be and when I called to report that I was told I had to pay for return and then they would send new unit. Seriously, you get a faulty unit and have to pay to return it??? Unheard of with a reputable company. I hope they work better than the treatment by the people at the company, haven't charged yet with all the rain (got solar charge units).
