I contacted Reactic Restoration because I was concerned about possible water damage and indoor air quality issues in my home. Their inspector was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation. What impressed me most was their honesty—they explained that restoration work was not necessary and provided practical recommendations to address my concerns without trying to sell me services I didn't need. It's refreshing to find a company that prioritizes integrity over making a sale. I appreciated their transparency, professionalism, and willingness to educate me about my options. I would not hesitate to contact Reactic Restoration again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy restoration company.

Had a great experience with Reactic Restoration. The toilet hose in my upstairs bathroom broke and water was leaking down into my living room. They came out quick, explained everything, and got to work right away. Super professional and friendly crew. They dried everything, removed the damaged parts, and made sure no mold was left behind. Really thankful they handled it all so smoothly. Highly recommend.
