First time investing in metals. I was impressed with the communication and follow up. My wife and I rolled over two annuities, and Birch handled all the transfer aspects of the transfer. I just needed to direct the other company with instructions. The metals sales team was great to work with and explained his recommendations on what and why to purchase. The fees were within what I found to be average investigating what company to use. Would recommend.

I was new to the precious metals investment. I needed to make my yearly SEP contribution. I reached out to Birch Gold Group knowing nothing. They were extremely helpful in assisting me in setting up my account through the actual purchase of the metals. Since setting up my SEP account my mother has passed away leaving me with a portion of her precious metals account. After my experience with Birch Gold Group will be returning shortly for help in moving these holdings to Birch Gold Group. Great experience all around.
