Bioplus RX has twice now tried to extort insurance info out of me and take over an Dupixent prescription. A year to year and a half ago I was on the phone for three days during business hours repairing and returning my prescription to normal. Day before yesterday they contact me claiming my prescription had been again sent to them by Kroger RX . They asked for my insurance info so they could get me established without any interruption in service. Kroger doesn't have my current prescription. It is who Bioplus used in the last attack on my prescription. A call to Bioplus confirmed they are in fact pursuing my prescription under false circumstances Blaming Kroger. Kroger does not have my presciption, and I would think that my insurance data would follow the scrip on a change of pharmacies. "Oh no," they openly admit. "Kroger is yielding this to us." Between this and the Bioplus avoidable data breech, I'd avoid them at all cost. Take a look at their other reviews here. Bioplus, LEAVE MY PRESCRIPTIONS ALONE!
