They told me my medication was ready to ship then after waiting 45 minutes they said it hasn't been processed. I called back 2 days later, and they said I wasn't in the system! I then told them not ship it, and they kept calling to try and schedule a delivery. I was unable to get my prescription processed at another pharmacy because they billed my insurance for the medication and still hadn't corrected it. I am now on the phone with my insurance company getting them to correct it. I am ten days without my medication thanks Bio specialty. Avoid at all costs.

I have been out of my medication for over 2 weeks now. I have spent countless hours over several days trying to get this corrected. Each time I'm told they're sorry for the inconvenience and that the issue has been resolved. I've been told my medication has been expedited twice now. Still no shots.

Very untimely and unprofessional with insurance and filling medications! My mother has been getting medication from here for her cancer for years now and recently had to call them because she didn’t receive her medication in time. They claimed they could not give it to her yet because they needed a pre authorization from her insurance. Even though they have never asked her to do this in the past, I understand why they may occasionally ask. Instead of asking the insurance for the pre authorization immediately after my mother’s doctor asked for the medication to be refilled, they waited an entire week before contacting her DOCTOR to ask the insurance for a pre authorization a day before her medication runs out!! Now she has to wait for the pre authorization to be sent to them, and cannot take her medication for her cancer until they get it. The employee had no explanation for it either.

Inept, full of lies, cannot complete their job, late/no shipments. This is an absolute scam. They make money by not sending meds out. Do. Not. Use.

The absolute worst company to deal with. I have spent over an hour on the phone trying to get my delivery scheduled but there is always missing information. And I always have to call back to go through an even harder to work with call tree that doesn't include the option needed. The customer service is poor, voicemails don't include any information, placed on hold constantly and nothing ever moves forward. There needs to me an online option.

Just transferred a script to BioPlus pharmacy and as soon as it is filled - I'll return back to CVS. The biggest hassle to call them three time to "schedule" delivery. - Just ship it. How hard is that ? And since i have to Call to Schedule - make that an option on the robot menu when I call in. I spend 10 minutes trying to get a human - because there's no option to " schedule delivery "

This is one of the worst companies I have ever in my life had to deal with. I call every month to get my medication. And every single time since I started using them in Janurary 2026 they screw it up. And then it requires hours of my time making phone calls to try and get it straightened out. They blame others for the mistakes they make. Everyone you talk to tells you different / wrong information. Making you miss dosages you need. I don not understand how can be so many mistakes every single time I go to fill my medication. Sounds like from reading other reviews I am not the only one with this issues. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people.

I don't understand why it takes hours upon hours of phone calls to fulfill my Stelara prescription. But I have found working with your team is unnecessarily burdensome and painful. Given that I am not employed by Johnson & Johnson, I am not sure how the role of making their copay card work should fall on my plate, but seemingly, unless I spend hours on the phone regurgitating the instructions the manufacture provided and then encouraging your agents to call the manufacturer for help, your employees are unable to figure out how to process the charge. Similarly, I am also not employed by my doctor's office, but somehow y'all seem able to contact them only when I am facilitating this communication. For 2026, payment and scheduling issues have affected every single refill. You have not yet managed to deliver a single dose on time. These issues have been problematic enough that I have escalated to The Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Before you acquired Kroger Specialty Pharmacy, they were able to call me exactly once as part of the refill process. I'm not sure what about the merger made the level of service so demonstrably worse, but I don't want (or need) 20 calls with non-updates. “We didn’t do anything to move your refill along” does not need to be a daily customer-facing update. 
 Conversely, I specifically do want and need y'all to communicate non-trivial updates. “We’re too lazy to get in touch with your doctor, so we've gone ahead and cancelled your prescription" should have been communicated to me in a timely manner. I’m sure my Doctor and his staff would have been happy to help me explore other compound pharmacies. In any case, I’m asking my doctor to explore options. Mostly because yall seem to enjoy making it difficult for me to get a refill, and I don’t want to break out in skin rashes due to your incompetence, again...
