Did not receive the correct product. I received no response and then contacted Cartpanda who refused a refund. I contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding Cartpanda (Plano, Texas) and, within a few days, my credit card was credited.

They promised a full refund within 90 days. I did request a refund within 60 days, they responded first with a partial refund then a 50 % and keep the product. When refused, they responded with a "Sorry, you did not request a refund within the required 60 days" . When I advised them that the request was in fact within the 60 day period, they stopped responding to me. I agree that this company is a fraud and will seek civil action.

For all the users I use, you are going to use this platform or this Company, I clarify that I have been trying to claim them for two months for a shipment that they asked me for $20 and they took $100 from the bank. Don't trust me because after one claims to them they threaten you that they are going to call Ice to see what your condition is in this country, gentlemen, do not trust these women who talk to you very sweetly and then take the money they want from the accounts. Thank you

I ordered there product and what they sent was completely different, instead of two different products they sent one and it did not have anything in it that even came close to what they advertised. I emailed and said I wanted my money back they emailed back a tried to tell me they had changed the product and made it easier to take. I said NO that it was false advertisement, they finally called me and offered part if my money back , I said no and then they offered me half of my money back and keep the product , I accepted that offer better than nothing. Just don’t order from them at all.

I ordered one thing after watching a video and received a completely different product. The cost was high and I was very angry having been suckered in by faulty claims and fake doctors!

I ordered the joint repair and relief bundle. They shipped me joint support supplements instead. I am currently trying to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews first. If I could give zero stars I would. This product does not work for your blood sugar or energy as described and their 90 day 100% money back guarantee is a lie, they do not honor it. I would not have spent that much money on a product if I thought the 90 day 100% money back guarantee was not legit. This company is a scam.
