Vinny, Michael and team provide an amazing support structure to help you reach your weight loss goals. It can be a daunting task and between the online community and constant support, success here with this team is the gold standard. They answer any questions you have through out the process on a daily basis to help you feel supported and provide positive guidance to make sure you stay the course but also keep you in check when need be. They have given me a life back. In the last three months i have lost weight consistently and have felt better then i have in years. I have nothing but positives for the program.

I have tried everything and the only thing I succeeded in doing was yo-yoing my weight up and down. Now at 69 years old and needing to lose 80 pounds I was skeptical at first, but Vinny and his team are amazing. Not only was I coached on things that I have to do when things that have to happen what I found really interesting was they were listening to what I was saying. And I was pleased that I had an input in this journey for myself. The app was very easy to use. I was also able to link it with the app for my Smart ring to monitor my daily steps. The app makes it very easy for me to monitor and track. Everything I eat throughout the day. Check my macros on an ongoing basis. And it’s just so easy to use. It’s definitely like a community of friends and family. I just signed up for another six months after finishing my first six months and losing 40 pounds slowly and in a healthy manner. Because of things like arthritis my shoulder replaced. I’m going in now to get my hip replaced. It’s not viable for me to go to the gym and exercise. So by doing this strictly on the science of what i’m eating and how much of it every day, Has become so second nature to me and it’s working. Vinny and his team are so supportive and really giving me the emotional support that I need during this journey. I highly recommend them for anyone who is skeptical or has doubts about their program.

I have been in the program for nearly 2 months . I have seen reults both physically and mentally along my journey The coaching and accountability are jeys with the success I have found. The app has had glitches at time but overall it is essential in helping with the journey.

I have been on this for about 6 months and have seen good result. The team is awesome and helps guide you through the changes mentally and physically so you can live a healthier life. The group chats make it feel like a family and everyone helps encourage each other to keep up the work. They are also great for getting new food ideas to put in your meal rotations.

Wow!! This is the program I had looked for - for years! I’ve tried many programs in the past, and while skeptical to start, I feel like this group finally tapped into my “why” and made me acknowledge and own it. For me, that was like breaking new ground, awakening something within me. That was a little over 5 months ago and it’s not letting up! My coach is great - always there for me to hold me accountable and to encourage, as well as celebrate! The app is great, easy to use. Food library is exhaustive and very comprehensive! I can’t rate this program high enough! Great vision, great program, great communication and great execution! Top notch! -Thomas P

I have been in the program for close to 4 months and I’m down 80lbs. The constant contact with Michael has been the most valuable asset in this journey. When things are Perceived to be going wrong Michael Is always there to get me to see through the fog and get me back To center focus. This program Is life changing and I would recommend to anyone of my closest friends. The group chat is amazing where we can post our questions and our wins and sometimes our frustrations.
