ordered the parts a week ago. Have not arrived yet, and your UPS tracking info is not valid, it only shows that label was created.

I purchased a brake and rotor kit, the rear rotors that were sent to me don’t fit, have asked several times for a customer service rep to email me a return label, this has been going on all week. I have sent pictures showing that the inside diameter is an 1.25 inches smaller than what I need. You keep insisting that these are the correct rotors and they are not!! You made the mistake and expect me to pay for shipping? Terrible customer service!!!

I had purchased and received a defective wheel speed sensor (one out of four purchased) from bimmers.com for my BMW. I had my mechanic run any error codes after installing and I had a print out clearly showing the cable being defective. A mechanic with over forty years experience. I was asked to send it back for a refund by customer service at bimmers.com. I sent the sensor back in its original box that was briefly installed once to test, along with a printout clearly showing the code and a description from the code reader this wheel speed sensor is defective. After they received by bimmers.com, they said, "Unfortunately, the product you returned appears to have been damaged beyond the scope of our refund policy". I lost forty dollars and they even kept the cable I sent them back at their request for a refund. I will let you make your own conclusion on buying from bimmers.com and the risk involved buying from biimmers.com, however, I will NEVER buy from bimmers.com again.
