When I spoke to a Rep the 1st time I ordered, I explained the urgency. According to him, I was informed that I would receive in 2 days, well that didn't happen. Then when I called back to find out where my package was, really didn't get much help. This was my first time buying from the company, not sure I'll use your services again.

No shipping update and late arrival one part of the order

My first set of Bison rotors - initial thoughts are positive. They have a good coating and match OEM shape...time will tell. However, very disappointed with shipping, rotors arrived scratched because they were not packaged properly.

Good price on quality products, shipping was slow on the last order

Ordered left and right front struts with bump stop and dust cover. Perhaps I’m spoiled, usually the store informs me of when they’re shipped with a tracking number and ETA. Received none of that; admit this is so minor as to be ignorable. Received the parts about a week later, over two days. The packaging for the front struts was different. One was in a nice SACHS box, plenty of room. The other was in a smaller SACHS box, crammed into position so tightly that the spring perch broke through the box. A bit concerning, but the parts are pretty robust, so they seemed fine. Just wonder about the inconsistency and risk for damage. The strut mounts were packaged fine. The bumper stops (shaft wipers) were in a box with the dust shields. Unfortunately, the dust shields did NOT FIT and were unusable. Glad my old ones were in good condition, so I cleaned them up and reused them instead. Bottom line; although there were minor hiccups, it all went together and worked properly. Again, perhaps I’m spoiled with great service in the past compared to this time.

Part received 5 days later than promised. Understand that this is a delivery service issue, however customer was not happy

I got the correct part but it took just over a week to come in. Did not like the fact that they do not show where the company is located and that no shipping time estimate was given before the purchase. Price started good but then tacked on extra shipping for what was supposed to be an upgrade.

kind of a strange way to track a package where it didn't tell the person too much information, and can be concerning, with the fact that there are reviews out their stating that this site may or may not ship your product.
