Starter was good price, fit perfect and started right up

I did not give you guys a second chance . You could PLAINLY see the damaged boxes. Then you told me they were used parts. USED after a fork lift ran thru them .TOTAL lies they were not used. You chose to lose customers . You could have just exchanged. Ordered 4 brake rotors . All four came damaged looked like a fork lift went thru the boxes. Sent pictures of them to bimmers wanted to exchange . They refused to exchange or refund. Then sent email saying Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for parts that have been used or installed. This policy is in place to uphold the quality and safety of our products, and we hope you understand the necessity of this restriction. Which were not used or installed. Complete email below.
