I purchased replacement light assemblies for my BMW. Once Bimmer realized they couldn’t complete my order, they immediately contacted me and refunded the cost. I truly appreciate the professionalism. I will definitely be doing business with them in the near future.

The box with the part was in the original box. It was a metal oil pan. It needed to be pack in another box for protect. When being shipped the box had holes and the screw was missing from the oil pan. I will never order from this company again. I had to go to auto zone to buy the screw. The warehouse should know better and pack the packages with care.
