The valet tray I ordered feels like a cheap piece of garbage. I would not pay more than $10 for what you actually receive. The edges are rough and unfinished and there is a huge scratch in the leather near the monogram. So unfortunate.

I have not received my products to Toronto , Canada . I purchased my products on November 9. I payed for 2 day shipping . My products were picked up by APC on November 17. My products Landed at the sorting center in on November 23. I’m writing this note on November 30!!!!!!!! When I check the tracking number it tells me the products are still sitting at APC sorting in Toronto. Billykirk is a luxury brand why are you using a sub par company to handle your product? It should not take this long to ship these products to Canada .
