Your service, quality of your product

Good prices and good service. Would buy from again.

Great value for the price. This is my 5th bike from Bikes Direct. And I will likely buy from them again. I just can't find a comparable bike for the same price.

Receive parts and clothing in a timely manner. The great sales.

Great bike, we couldn’t figure out how to put one piece together and customer service was exceptional. Bike was nicer than we expected

Great product fast shipping and good condition. I have bought two bikes from bike direct. I love both of them.

The quality of the bike was great, and at a competitive price. Easy to assemble.
