Customer service dosn’t have an email
Customer service dosn’t have an email. They only have a TEXT ONLY phone number. They did end up fixing my issue in the end

Worth a little patience
Bought some Crank Bros pedals, great discounts and a generally smooth purchase process. Shipping might take a little while, but it's a tough time to try and rush shipping or complain too much when it's hard to get parts these days anyway. For the savings and everything, definitely a good move!
