The support person Earl was very helpful. He walked me through how to test the part I was struggling with. The reason for the 2 stars is that this is the 4th bad CDI (The part I was having trouble with) I was sent. The support service was great but the product is subpar.

I was just getting into learning about converting my bike to an E-bike and was clueless until I met Alvin.
