I love BigScoots! I have been blogging since 2007, and in all that time I've had many different hosts. None of them have been as great as BigScoots. First of all, the onboarding experience was seamless and they took care of everything. Next, I've never had any issues with bots, or attacks, or hacks, or any of the things that I've experienced in the past. Finally, and most importantly, their customer service is super responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have been with Bigscoots as my site host for 5 years. I have never had a bad or even slightly unsettling experience dealing with them. Support is always super prompt, helpful to a "T", and courteous. It goes without saying they know what they are doing and do it well. Bigscoots made a partnership with another company I am with, and now my monthly hosting cost is reduced. How often does a company reduce its price? They are the best, and I highly recommend everyone on WordPress use them as their host.

Bigscoots isn't biggest name out there, and that is one of their strengths. You get the most personalized support imaginable. I have gone through many hosting providers, including enterprise solutions, and none of them come close to the stability, performance, and customized support of Bigscoots. I can't imagine hosting with anyone else at this point. They are simply the best I have ever had the privilege to work with.
