FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had my laser about a month. It malfunctioned so no questions asked, they automatically sent me a replacement. Well sadly, that one had the same minor malfunction so again, called .... no questions asked again so they sent me a third laser. WORKS PERFECTLY! They were very nice and very quick to replace it. I called biglasers.com and talked to Colin for advice on a bright green laser. I went with his advice and I was happy to see the product delivered to me a day earlier than estimated. The laser is a G1 500mw and it performs great! It shows up really well in pure sunshine and so far I have been able to point things out on the ground as far as 250’ away. It came with a nice carrying case and with batteries, glasses and a charger. Thanks to Colin I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend anyone with questions to call Colin.
