Easy transaction. Payment process was a little cumbersome because of verification code. Instructions not clear

No license key received and awaiting their response to my email! If they don’t respond I’ll dispute! Last year’s experience was much better. *FYI...Just received License key & several follow up emails. Was temporarily out of stock. All good!!

They sold me a 1 year subscription to QuickBook 2024 but refused give up ownership. They gave me license and product number so I could download it. That went fine, but then they listed themselves as owner and primary contact with Intuit instead of transferring ownership over the subscription over to my company.

Order 3035. The initial license key for the download product I purchased did NOT work. Once contacting them by email I was provided another link which now seems to work fine.

Download was immediately available. No problems at all with the software. I realized I needed it at the last minute and there was no problems at all getting what I needed to get my taxes filed.

Software code I was sold didn't work because it had already been redeemed. Was also only for Mac when it was supposed to be for PC and Mac.

needed the turbotax immediately and that's what I got.

Fast and to the point.So far had no issues with ordering and receiving codes. All in order, recommended to my friends.
