Paid my money and downloaded a fake file. Emailed company twice with no response. This is a totally fake company.

Received an invalid TurboTax license code. The website claims to have "24/7 LIVE SUPPORT" however, the telephone number provided on the website "has been disconnected" and still have not received a response to my email reply or via the request submitted on the "Contact Us" page.

Great price and very fast service, they are located in London so if you are State Side, remember the fact that there is a 5 hour or more time difference. Ordered TurboTax for BIZ the key did not work. Sent an email the next morning and 30 seconds later got a response and a fresh Key. The new key worked and Turbo Tax fired right up. So while a little frustrated with the bad key to start with, the prompt service and fresh key more than made up for the initial key failure. I have learned that not everything works perfect the first time particularly when dealing online. What is really important is the quick response and customer service. A real winner in my book. Yes, it looks a little fly-by-night, but then again, everywhere I have bought TT for the past decade has. I purchased on their website, was email a trustpilot junk email, and an email from Bighometax with the TT Home and Business 2022 download link and key. Downloaded, install, run, key entered fine, updates installed, it started 2022 returns using 2021 file just like every other year. Seems to be working fine.

They claim on their website that they are an authorized premier reseller of Turbotax. But, 1. they are based in London 2. they are not listed on Turbotax support authorized retailer list 3. the license is only for 1 computer, whereas an authorized copy will run on up to 5. I contacted them and asked about this, but have not receive a reply 4 days later.
