======================================== Update, the vendor did reach out to me through whatsapp and their efforts to try to assist me has me convinced that their intentions are good and the business is legit. That said, the idea that a customer has to download Intuit software from a website that is not owned by Intuit is not very good practice in 2024 where there are many identity theft money lurking scams out there.. ======================================== I did purchase TurboTax Deluxe (Federal and State) and while I am able to download the Windows installation from this vendor's own website, on Intuit.com it's indicated that the license code is for Mac OS only and won't let me download the Windows version. I find this extremely suspicious, shady at best, and prefer to not download software from 3rd party websites (where it potentially could have been tampered with).
