Transaction was very smooth and download of software was trouble free.

Ordered and promptly was able to download two versions of TurboTax and at a very good price. However, when I tried to buy a state for TurboTax business there was an unexplained error, and it would not work. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone to TurboTax representatives who finally sold me the state at a discounted price over the phone and showed me how to install it. After reading other reviews here I suspect it was not really Turbo Tax's problem.

Couldn’t efile. After lengthy call with TT, found out this key had previously been used. Of course, no customer service, so cancelled via credit card and purchased again thru Amazon (albeit at a higher price) and no problems. I also would add that I reached out to bighome tax on feb 21 requesting/demanding a refund and no response or follow up occurred (it is now April 10th). Interesting that after I posted this review, within 24 hours, they wanted trust pilot to get further information from me like an order number. If only they had been that responsive to my follow up, perhaps this review would not be 1 star.
